Miniature Zebus are an ancient breed of
cattle, evolving over thousands of years to the breed standard seen
today. Zebu are not bred down from the larger Brahma cattle,
they are “true” miniatures. Zebus are small, require nominal
amounts of feed and are easy to manage while being heat tolerant and
disease resistant.
Miniature Zebus are the perfect breed to
raise on small acreages when trying to obtain an Agricultural
Exemption, as companions to other livestock or just as a family
pet!
Our herd of
Miniature Zebu is registered 100% foundation pure with the American Miniature Zebu Association. Our herd
sire, “Kokomo's Ice Man” was carefully selected for his temperament,
breed character, strong genetic traits and outstanding
coloration. He has produced many dazzling spotted zebus.
All our zebus are between 34 inches and 40 inches tall, falling well
within the breed standard of under 42 inches.
